PUBLIC NOTICE
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, at a regular meeting on May 4, 2023, attended by a majority of Town Board members unanimously voted to adopt Resolution #143 to expend funds from the Reserve Fund for Capital Improvements known as the “Park Reserve Fund”.
The purpose of this Reserve Fund is to withdraw and expend funds from such Reserve Fund for the purpose of replacing concrete and coating the surface of the splash pad and does hereby resolve to authorize the withdrawal and expenditure of $28,875 from such Reserve Fund and does hereby authorize and direct the Supervisor of the Town of Wilton to transfer such sum of $28,875 from such Reserve Fund (A5111) to Splash Park Equipment and Capital Expenditures (A7141.2) to replace concrete and coat the surface of the splash pad as per specifications prepared for such projects so that the purchase may proceed and be completed, as provided by law.
The Chief Fiscal Officer shall account for the Reserve Fund in a manner which maintains the separate identity of the cash and investments of the Reserve Fund.
The resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum pursuant to subdivision 4 of section 6-c of the General Municipal Law.
