Request for Bids for a 20’ Food Trailer

Sealed bids shall be received by the Town of Wilton, New York until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in the office of the Town Clerk, 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York 12831 for a 20’ Food Trailer, Bid #GP1-2025. The bids shall be publicly opened and read at 10:01 a.m.

The Town of Wilton reserves the right to reject parts of any or all bids and reserves the right to accept any alternate proposal which does not significantly alter the bid specifications, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids. The Town of Wilton practices Best Value Methodology in accordance with Local Law No. 1 of 2014.

Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office at 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York, during regular business hours. All questions regarding this bid should be directed to the Town Clerk at 518-587-1939, Ext. 605.
