NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Town of Wilton Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed ADA Transition Plan for Pedestrian Facilities within the Public Right-of-Way (“ADA Transition Plan”).
Proposed plan is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and can be viewed during normal business hours and online at townofwilton.com.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday July 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Wilton Town Hall located at 22 Traver Road in said town at which time all persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
