TOWN OF WILTON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, will hold a public hearing to amend the Code of the Town of Wilton, Chapter 63-1 and 63-2.
SAID PROPOSED CODE AMENDMENTS would add a fee to cover costs of the Building Department to re-review plans and any additional square footage for previously reviewed and/or permitted building plans.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:02 p.m. at Wilton Town Hall located at 22 Traver Road in the Town of Wilton at which time all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed amendments will be available for review in the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
