Town of Wilton Automatic Door Operators

The Town of Wilton, County of Saratoga, State of New York, is requesting bids to install Nabco GT 8710 or equivalent automatic door operators, BEA wireless bollards and wireless buttons at Gavin Park, Senior Center, Highway Department, Court and Town Hall.
Bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office, 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York 12831 on or before 11:00 a.m., September 30, 2026. Bids shall be clearly marked on the face of the sealed envelope.
Bid specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Town Clerks’s Office, 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York during regular business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Questions should be directed to Susan Baldwin, Town Clerk at (518)587-1939 X 605.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all information, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. The Town practices Best Value Methodology pursuant to Local Law #1 of 2014.
