NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of. Saratoga, will hold a public hearing for proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2026, 683 Saratoga Road PUDD, Tax Map No. 140.-3-9, in the Town of Wilton.
SAID PROPOSED LOCAL LAW is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and is available for public inspection during normal business hours and on the website townofwilton.ny.gov.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Wilton Town Hall located on 22 Traver Road in the town at which time all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
