TOWN OF WILTON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Town Code Section 129-4, 129-176(L)(7) and Chapter 63, Telecommunication Towers & Public Utilities.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING would propose amendments for Engineered Breakaway Point, Periodic Structural Inspection, and Fee Schedule Amendments. Proposed amendments are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and can be viewed during normal business hours and online at townofwilton.com.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Wilton Town Hall located at 22 Traver Road in said town at which time all persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
