The Planning Department guides the Town’s long-term growth, development, and land use policies. We manage development applications, support Town Boards, implement the Comprehensive Plan, and provide clear, accessible planning information for residents.

Whether submitting an application, checking zoning, or reviewing proposals, we’re here to help.

 

What We Do

  • Coordinate review of subdivision, site plan, and Planned Development District applications
  • Implement the Comprehensive Plan and Open Space, Recreation & Pathways Plan
  • Support the Planning Board, Town Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals
  • Administer SEQR documentation and project review processes
  • Provide public access to land use information and current applications
